overview (kinda): enha ships

nightpoemposting this for snapshot-in-time purposes.. drumroll... my enha ship sorting ! inspired by the chart floating around~~ i really liked the legend since i think it's useful to categorize preferences based on general dynamics vs rpf/fics. the only thing is i made it more of a list since i don't have strong top/bottom opinions, if i love the ship i will be reading and if a fic is good i will be smiling...

i made some tweaks to the legend that feel more relevant to my tastes :3 once again the names are just to denote pairing, there is no top/bottom pref
i know i'm govt ship final boss please don't boo me n throw tomatoes... my Voices drown out the insufferable shippers so that i am in gayvernment heaven...
1) i feel like i don't really have any landmines/notps bc they are all dear to me... neutral/ignore means exactly what it says heh they don't personally move me but i wouldn't say i dislike them. enha is a group where i've grown to rly enjoy every pairing... even polycule! honestly i used to really not fw riki and hyung line but i love seeing clips/their moments tgt 🥹❤️ i just don't think i would seek out fic...
2) which brings me to "🎀" (like them even if i don't read their fics) - i think i use this when i rly enjoy their irl dynamic and relationship but i'm not interested in reading fic. "🧸" (want to read more fic) is my purposeful Decision to get into them more ... "👀" (willing to change my mind about them) is kind of my in-between, where i've Dabbled but i'm not Sold yet... but i'm definitely intrigued. so i could try to read more... i still have to make up my mind...
3) my poor sunsun 😭 with lonely butterfly emoji 😭 i have complicated feelings for them which i cannot fully distill but i'll try !!! they are definitely my favourite dynamic forever but i rarely read sunsun fic i like. maybe i've created a really strange version of them in my head, maybe i'm extremely picky, maybe (definitely) both are true. it's interesting bc there's the camp of "i'll read anything if it's my otp" which makes total sense, but then it's a bit of the opposite for me, like they r my Precious Shining Stars so im actually annoyingly very picky... idk why it's just w them !!! i do think they are subject to mischaracterization disease largely bc of their outer appearances and personalities at a glance. okay like i get the vision. Sunshine & Sunshine Protector... Bright vs Gloomy ... because they're "opposites" i think people project a very one-dimensional trope/perspective onto them and don't move beyond this to capture some of their (brilliant) nuances. i need to chill out a bit bc i'm accepting of this for other pairingsNSJDFJK like i can finish any other fic no problem when there's slight mischaracterization or whatever. but sunsun has my biggest DNF rate with fics, once sunoo becomes this docile untouchable infantilized twink and sunghoon is suddenly like AlphaDaddyDom69 <- 1.3 seconds i'm out!!!! sunoo isn't written with much interiority or complexities/depth while sunghoon is extremely domineering and aggressive sometimes? maybe that's my fault for preferring him cowardly and pathetic actually, mb. but still it feels like a flattened version of them and a cop out sometimes but i think i just need to unclenchjksdjkf anyways i will continue my quest on ao3 (and i've definitely read some RLLYYY BEAUTIFUL SUNSUN so not trying to discredit what's out there. there is gold) but also if you have any recs please share :-) i would be v thankful...
